So one week past Stamp and Scrapbook Expo. My craft room is almost cleaned up. Not going to show my haul as it is a bit embarrassing how much I bought. LOL As time passes I am sure I will post some of my fabulous finds.
Thursday was the Mega Make and take. 10 project and a room full of crafty people. I shared some cookies and made some new friends. I do not have any pictures of the completed projects of the night. However, as usually I took I tend to ignore instructions and changes things up. The below card card was made from one of the projects with my own Michele Twist.
I took a 3 classes this year....
Rubbernecker watercolor background. Loved the class. The middle is my favorite what about you.
Honorable mention... LA LA Land Designs Chameleon! He was a new purchase. Isn't he cute!
I took the Heartfelt Creation... Crunchy Ruffled Flowers Class.
Also I took a Mosaic Moments Class. Can't show you the project I did, but below is a different layout I have done from the same company.

One week left until Stamp and scrapbook expo.
I will be attending all three days. Thursday is the Mega Make and Take, which is away fun. I Think I will bake cookies to share. I will be attending a Heartfelt creations class on Friday and then on Saturday I have 2 classes, Rubbernecker watercolor back grounds and a Mosaic Moments class. This is a new vendor for me.
I have also painted rocks to hide at SSBE this year. Last year someone hid Snoopy rocks and although I did not find one, I learned this was "a thing" and I started rock painting because of it. For those not familiar... people paint rocks, add a label to the back (Sacto Cali Rocks in my case) and then hide them randomly in the general public. Someone finds the rock, this makes them happy and then they post to Facebook group on the rock label. They can choose to keep the rock or re-hide it for someone else to find. These are the rocks I will be hiding this year.
I also did a couple for some of my favorite vendors. These are gifts and will not be hidden.

Siser Heat Transfer Vinyl review
I stood in the isle at Michael’s
and picked up my usual Cricut brand of heat transfer vinyl and my eye caught the Siser brand. I thought well we should at least
give them a try.
The first difference I did notice is it took more time and effort to heat transfer the image made from Siser vinyl to the
shirt than my usual Cricut brand but eventually the project was complete and I felt
comfortable with the initial results. The shirt which was then given as a gift to
a coworker who was attending the concert for Elton John. The gift was an instant hit until I received
a call the next night that “His face is falling off, what do I do?”. To say the least I was mortified that I had
given a defective gift to anyone but we got through it with some phone
instructions and a hotel iron.
Now 2 weeks into the future my co-worker brings the shirt to
work and wants to know how to fix it again.
She wore the shirt once, washed
it once and his face is falling off again. I have never had this experience with Cricut heat transfer vinyl.
Moral of the story...
Don't experiment of items you plan to give or sell as this is totally embarrassing not only as the
person giving the gift but as the crafter/creator of a product.
Final result...
Great disappointment and dissatisfaction in the Siser product.

Hello and beautiful day!
Well I have not posted in quite some time.
I have not been doing any challenges but a lot of crafting. Also starting attending a new church (On Mother's Day...I guess it has been a while), the ladies Bible Study is currently working in Colossians.
We did take a couple of fishing trips too. Not much to talk about there.
So here are a few of my recent projects. Some original and some Pinterest inspiration. Let me know what you think. If you want to know products used or techniques just ask.

[Col 2:9-10 NKJV] 9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.

I actually drew this one. I saw this stamp in an old Stampin' up book.
